AT CHEZ ALEX
Seoul, Korea
Chez Alex is run by chef Jinyong Park who trained at Zero Complex (Korea) and Le Châteaubriand (France). After operating 6-3, he decided to be in charge of Chez Alex. It’s cozy, neighbored and calm wine bar in the heart of Seoul.
We proposed 3 - course menu. The menu contains Paris, New York, and Seoul where we actually met 3 times in 3 different cities. Each course also have 3 dishes. So, guests enjoyed 9 dishes with selected wines. Chef Park and I showed them our style of food based on the cities where we spent some time and we got to have chance to browse around to figure out final course, Seoul.
